American hero, 2nd Lt. Joshua Booth was killed this week in Haditha, Iraq. He was platoon leader in the 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, Echo Company. Booth who was 23 when killed, leavesa wife and a 1 year old daughter. 2nd Lt. Booth's wife is also seven months pregnant with a boy to be named Tristan Joshua. Born in Virgnia he moved to Shrewsbury Mass when he was seven. He will be buried in a family plot at a Bedford, Va., cemetery. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife and family. May he rest in peace.
